CAROLYN McLELLAN, COMMITTEE CHAIR, (she/her) has been a member of the Parish family
since 1978. All Saints’ has nurtured her in mind and spirit through participation in worship,
Education for Ministry, Enneagram classes, social justice studies, book and dream groups,
Christian Education, contemplative prayer gatherings, and service to the wider community
through Neighbors Table. She served as Senior Warden in 2020 when All Saints’ moved beyond
its walls for worship and began to explore a new focus on Creation Care as practiced in the All
Saints’ building and churchyard. Outside of church Carolyn serves on the Board of the
Russellville Community Market and supports Camp Mitchell, a sacred place for her and her
husband and their children and grandchildren.
SHERRIE COTTON (she/her) has been a member of All Saints’ since 1991. She is a Eucharistic
Minister and Eucharistic Visitor, member of Daughters of the King, has served as Capital
Campaign coordinator and on stewardship committees. She has taught children and youth
Sunday School classes, participated in various fellowship and outreach ministries, and served on
the Vestry. She currently volunteers as the Administrative Assistant for All Saints. Sherrie is
retired following a 38-year career in the commercial nuclear power industry.
CATHERINE Y. CREWS (she/her) has been a member of All Saints since 1997. She is a
Eucharistic Minister, has served on the vestry, as educational coordinator, and as
Sunday School teacher. Over the many years participating in the Liturgy has been the
focus of strengthening her faith. Taking this into the world of daily life she has
participated in Centering Prayer groups, the Natural Spirituality program, Yoga, Tai Chi,
Sunday school and EfM. Currently she is active in Neighbors Table, in development of
the Native Wildlife Preserve and Bird Friendly Yard certifications, and convenes
Practicing Prayer. Outside of church, Catherine is on the Board at the Arkansas House
of Prayer where she is Director of the Program Committee, and on the Board of the
Russellville Community Market. She has been commissioned by Contemplative
Outreach to teach Centering Prayer and has led a number of retreats. Catherine is
retired from a 40 year practice of Clinical Psychology.
DAVID J. ESHELMAN (he/him) has been a member of All Saints’ since 2006. He has served on
the capital campaign committee and has directed Christmas pageants. He is a reader at Sunday
services. His wife, Erin, is also an active church member. Their two teenaged children are
members of EYC, serve on the altar, and attend Camp Mitchell in the summer. Outside of
church, David is a professor of communication at Arkansas Tech University where he teaches
theatre courses and runs the Communication and Media Studies Department.
WILLIAM A. (BILL) PARTON (he/him) has been a member of All Saints since the fall of 1990. He
has served on the vestry twice previously (once as senior warden) and is also a current vestry
member. He has been active in Christian education/formation from the beginning and in a
leadership position for over 20 years. Bill sings in the choir and occasionally plays trumpet as
part of the music ministry. His wife Ellen is head of the altar guild and has served many years as a
Sunday school teacher and VBS coordinator. Outside of church Bill is a retired library director
(Arkansas Tech University 1990-2014) and is active in a variety of local music groups.
CRYSTAL RUIZ (she/her) has been attending All Saints since 2019 and was recently confirmed in
2021. She has volunteered on and off with Neighbors Table since 2015. She is actively involved
with Young Adult, Episcopal Youth Ministry, and Education for Ministry. Crystal has been
employed by Pope County as a Juvenile Intake Officer at the Department of Youth
Rehabilitation for 7 years. She often teaches a course of varying subjects at the yearly Juvenile
Officer Certification held in Little Rock. She has also served as secretary for 4 years on the
Arkansas Juvenile Officers Association board. Crystal is a proud “Tia” to 5 nieces, 2 of which
participate in EYC and Camp Mitchell.
LUKAS J. TURNER (he/him) has been a confirmed member of All Saints’ since 2021. He is an
active member of the choir, vestry, and young adult fellowship. He also serves as a Eucharistic
Minister and Visitor. Originally from central Arkansas, Lukas moved to the River Valley area to
attend Arkansas Tech University. He graduated in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
As Youth Intern, Lukas currently leads the Episcopal Youth Community on Wednesday evenings.
